Do I pay to retain TPA services?

In most cases there is no monthly or recurring fees. However some talent will be evaluated in a manor that will require an upfront setup fee. This is a one time payment that assist in the initial set up of profiles and platforms that will ensure we can display our talent in the best and most professional way.

How long does contracts and agreements last?

Talent Publicist Agency agreements vary based on how the individual talents are evaluated for marketability. Most initial contracts are indefinite and can be terminated by both parties within 3 weeks with written or electronic notification.

Does the agency take a percentage from bookings or contracts?

Talent Publicist Agency does take a small percentage from contracts and bookings generated from the work of the agents, managers and representative of TPA.

How can I see a list of other talents signed with Talent Publicist Agency?

Talent Publicist Agency does not list a complete list of all individuals contracted in our talent's stable. Some agreement are confidential while others are established with a marketing purpose.

Will I be able to have other representation outside of Talent Publicist Agency?

In most cases our contract are exclusive however this is not always the case. If a given talent is evaluated with very high marketability the talent will have great flexibility and many options as it relates to contract details.

Talent Publicist Agency deploys various public relations, marketing and brand growth tactics. Some include; guest appearances on various programing and shows (TV, Podcast, YouTube or social media.) . Additionally TPA understands booking talent in significant roles is the best way to grow a talents brand awareness.

If contracted with TPA, what can TPA guarantee?

Talent Publicist Agency is unable to make guarantees prior to the evaluation of any talent. Often talents are contracted with some deliverables in the contract. Often TPA is willing to contract an individual talent based on an opportunity or specific opportunities for that talent. Often this is listed in the initial agreement.
